1. Do you have FDA or CE or other certificates for your products ?
We have CE for most of our products. Many items don't need FDA at all. We have been exported overseas for 10 years,mostly European,Western and South America countries.
2. What is your MOQ ?
It depends on which product do you need and how many kinds you need. If you send us inquiry for more information.
3.Are you trade company or manufacture yourself ?
We are a manufacture which is specialized in dental consumables from 2002. We have our own House-brand" Horizion". And OEM service is also available.
4.What is your payment term ?
We often accept 100% T/T or 30% deposit and balance before shipping.
5. What is your shipping way ?
We ship all the orders by sea.
6. How long does it often takes to ship the orders ?
It depends on shipping to where. Usually 18-35 working days.
